Q. I'm not seeing any video at all!
A: You need the Quicktime Video Plugin. Click here to go to the Apple Web Site.Q: The video is jerky. It stops and starts.
A: This is a problem with your connection. Try watching it after downloading it (and see below).Q: I've just watched the video, but now wished I had downloaded it so that I could watch it again later. Do I have to download it all over again?
A: No. If you're on a Windows machine, the video should still be stored on your hard disk amongst your other temporary internet files. To locate the file, follow the following steps.
- Open Windows Explorer
- Click on the C: Drive folder
- Press the F3 button to bring up the File Find applet.
- Type in '*.mov' (without the quote marks) and hit 'Find Now'.
- You should get something like 'dave_sm.mov' or 'vs_pat_lg.mov' somewhere on your list, depending on which video you were watching.
- Drag and drop this file to your desktop, or wherever you want to store it.
Q: I liked the 'Introducing Father Dave' video so much, I wish I had a quality copy of it on video tape or CD-Rom.
A: Email me and I'll send you one.
